Cancellation Policy

For consultations and appointments:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur the full fee
  • We reserve the right to waive these charges in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Confidentiality and Ethics

Professional psychological services adhere to the British Psychological Society's Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council's Standards of Performance, Conduct and Ethics.

Client confidentiality is maintained except in circumstances where:

  • There is risk of serious harm to the client or others
  • Disclosure is required by law
  • The client has given explicit consent for information to be shared
